  • My Dozier collection revisited

A year ago I posted the following picture and stated:

"Here's the result of a lot of buying, selling and swapping - a humble collection of what I consider to be the finest working knives on the planet.

12 months later the statement is still true, but the group has grown somewhat:

Thanks so much to the great crew at the Dozier shop and the fantastic folks I've met in the pursuit of this obsession

        MisterZ,

I totally agree with you about the quality of Dozier knives. Thanks for posting pics of your hobby (obsession), you have an amazing collection.

You have me beat on fixed blades, but I think I hold an edge (pun intended) on folders.
Scary, isn't it, that all those beauties and in reality any one of them alone will do almost anything you could ask of a knife.

Thanks guys, this past year has been a blast!

CSB, the Pink Personal was put together for my wife since she wanted a Dozier just for her. Honest!

The most recent kitchen table "group photo":

My journey was supposed to be about learning the different Dozier models, and I never intended my education to become an accumulation of them. It has been an enjoyable pursuit, but its time for me to re-think my priorities and so the group will never be this big again. I thought I'd capture the moment before its gone.

I continue to be grateful for the people I have met in the pursuit of Bob and Daniel's work, and I encourage anyone looking for solid performance in a knife to consider their work as well.

Awesome collection! You stag knives are my favorite however every single one of them is a gem!

Judging from your comments it sounds like a sale may be coming?
